"Fruit in juice" in cans, snack cups/tubs and plastic jars are now being manufactured using non-kosher grape juice, which renders them not kosher and cannot be consumed.

The affected products have the following date codes printed on the lids:

- Codes starting with the letter Y

- Codes starting with X and ending with KS or LS, for example X08KS or X20LS

- Codes starting with X and not ending with KS or LS are still acceptable

Kosher Australia continues to work with these companies and will update the community as soon as the status of any of these products changes.
