Kosher Australia only recommends packaged, sealed products sold at the Tahini Neri outlet that carry reliable Kosher certification.The foods prepared in the Hummus Bar itself are not under Kosher Australia supervision. Similarly loose products sold are also not under Kosher Australia supervision and some are from sources that do not have any reliable Kosher certification.
